Author Guidelines
Manuscripts that do not follow these guidelines will be returned prior to the review stage. Please download and use the official template: DEPLOY Template (.docx).
1. General Requirements
- Original work, not published elsewhere and not under consideration by another journal.
- Written in good Indonesian or English, submitted in .docx using the official DEPLOY template.
- A4 paper, [2.5 cm] margins, [Cambria 10 pt], single spacing, two columns.
- Length: Research Article 6-15 pages; Review Article 10-20 pages; Technical Note up to 8 pages.
- The manuscript must be anonymised for double-blind review.
2. Manuscript Structure
- Title: up to 15 words, in both languages.
- Abstract: 150-250 words, one paragraph, no citations, covering problem, objective, method, key quantitative results, and conclusion; in both languages.
- Keywords: 3-6 terms, semicolon-separated, alphabetical.
- I. Introduction: background, brief review of prior work, explicit research gap, objective, and stated contributions.
- II. Method: research stages, dataset, architecture/algorithm, parameters, test environment, validation scheme, and evaluation metrics, in enough detail to be reproduced.
- III. Results and Discussion: results interpreted and compared with baselines and prior work, not merely restated.
- IV. Conclusion: in paragraph form, answering the objective, with limitations and future work.
- Declarations: conflict of interest, author contributions (CRediT), generative AI use.
- References: IEEE style, minimum 15 entries, at least 80% primary sources from the last five years.
3. Figures, Tables, and Equations
Figures are numbered with captions below, at minimum 300 dpi; tables are numbered with captions above and built with Word's table tool; both must be cited in the text before they appear. Equations are numbered on the right and referred to as "Equation (1)".
4. Citations and References
Use IEEE style with bracketed numbers in order of appearance, prepared with a reference manager. Include DOI links where available. Self-citation must not exceed 20% of the reference list.
5. Anonymisation
Remove author names, affiliations, emails, biographies, and identifying acknowledgements; convert self-citations to third-person form; and clear document properties before uploading.
6. After Acceptance
Authors complete the publishing agreement, settle any applicable fee, and return galley proofs within 3 days. Only typographical corrections are permitted at proof stage, and changes to the author list are not allowed after acceptance.
