Author Fees
DEPLOY applies a simple, transparent fee structure. All amounts are stated in advance and there are no hidden charges at any stage.

What the APC Covers
Crossref DOI registration, hosting and OJS maintenance, similarity-check licensing, language editing, layout and PDF production, long-term archiving and indexing, and honoraria for reviewers and editorial staff. Fees never influence editorial decisions, which rest solely on peer review and scholarly merit.
Payment
The corresponding author receives a Letter of Acceptance and invoice through OJS, with payment due within [7] days to the journal's official account. Proof of payment should quote the submission ID and article title. Payments are valid only when made to the official account; the editorial office never requests payment to personal accounts.
Waiver Policy
Waivers of up to 100% are available to authors from low-income countries, student first authors without research funding, and authors invited by the editorial board. Requests should be made at submission in the Comments to the Editor field and are assessed separately from, and have no bearing on, the review process.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable once an article is published. Full refunds apply where publication fails through fault of the journal; a [50%] refund may be considered where authors withdraw after payment but before publication.
