Publication Frequency

DEPLOY: Journal of Informatics and Computing Technology publishes two issues per year, in May and November. One volume comprises two issues within a calendar year.

Schedule

  • Issue 1: submissions December to March, deadline [31 March], published [31 May].
  • Issue 2: submissions June to September, deadline [30 September], published [30 November].

Manuscripts received after a deadline are still processed and scheduled for the following issue.

Number of Articles

Each issue contains [8-12] articles, a limit set to keep review and editing quality under control.

Continuous Publication

Articles that complete the full workflow are released progressively in the current in-progress issue, receiving a DOI and becoming citable without waiting for the issue to be complete. The issue is marked as completed on its official publication date.

Special Issues

DEPLOY may publish thematic or conference-based special issues. These undergo the same rigorous review as regular issues and are managed by guest editors appointed by the editorial board. Plans are announced on the Announcements page.
